The ISRP Kindergarten Transition Specialist will provide crucial support for the transition of all young children from early childhood settings to kindergarten. The Specialist will work with school districts, community schools, early childhood programs, early intervention services providers/organizations, and the ELCs to develop inclusive statewide transition initiatives, communication and collaboration efforts, resources, materials and outreach strategies to encourage a positive and successful transition into the K-12 school system.

Salary: Full-time position with salary of $20.10 per hour, plus benefits.
