The Donnelly Public Library has filled a gap in an afterschool programming desert with grant funds provided by the Idaho Out-of-School Network. “We have for several years tried to fill a gap in Donnelly. ION Funds Expand Youth Programs

Boise, Oct 19, 2022. The Idaho Out-of-School Network (ION) today announced new grants totaling more than $1.5 million to youth programs across the state. ION’s Enrichment Grants range from $20,000 to $135,000 per program.
