Idaho mreža izvanškolske skrbi ne podržava nijedan program. Staratelji i korisnici imenika se snažno potiču da posjete program i postavljaju pitanja pružaocima programa: saznaju raspored aktivnosti, omjer odraslih i djece, obuke i zahtjeve ponuđene volonterima i osoblju (npr. certifikat iz CPR-a, obuka iz prve pomoći, provjera biografskih podataka itd.), procedure za hitne slučajeve, usluge i procedure prevoza, koja se hrana poslužuje, kako se hrana poslužuje i priprema, te opće politike i procedure programa.
