Idaho After 3PM Report SUMMER

Demand for summer programs in Idaho is enormous, yet most families who want programs for their children can’t access them. According to a statewide survey commissioned by the Afterschool Alliance in October 2025, 2 in 3 Idaho children whose parents want summer learning programs for them are missing out, most often because of cost. An overwhelming majority of Idaho parents who have been able to enroll their children in a summer program give them high marks, with 93% reporting satisfaction with the program their child attends.
